I upgraded my Dell laptop from whatever Windows version it was to Windows 10 a while ago. No problems until now. The windows update service wants to install version but it fails each time. Now it is doing this a few times a day disrupting my ability to use my laptop for business. I try to determine which version of Windows 10 it was running, so I tried the System to About feature, all it tells me is the following: Windows 10 Home. No version, no build number.
